Core Division Coordinators and the Adult League DC check an open slot, submit a request, and wait for Fields Admin approval before the recurring assignment becomes live.

Search live availability by field and day. Regular practices are blue, First Touch practices are purple, games are gold, closures are red, and blank green time is open.
Find full-field openings and request a scrimmage. Ridgecrest Upper and Ridgecrest Lower are treated as two separate full fields, so either can be reserved independently when its sections are open.
Weekends are included. Ridgecrest requires A, B and C to all be open for the selected Upper or Lower full field. Highridge and PVIS require both A and B to be open.

Matchup rules: Choose Program first. Core plays Core, Extra plays Extra, and Alliance plays Alliance. Region 10 opponents must also be in the same division. Extra and Alliance may use an outside opponent from the same program. Visibility: new games start Hidden. Division Coordinators can add, edit, move, and hide/show games only in their assigned division. Fields Admin can override any game and controls when the overall schedule is released to everyone else.

Team Division & Contact Assignment
Fields Admin can assign or correct each team's program, division, and optional team email address. Division Coordinators automatically gain scheduling access to teams that match their authorized division. Unassigned teams are listed below.
Team Memberships
Assign one registered account to multiple teams. A team may have multiple Head Coaches. Changing an Assistant Coach to Head Coach does not remove the existing Head Coach.
Add Coach to Team
Division Coordinators can add a registered Head Coach or Assistant Coach to a team in their own division. Regional and Fields Admin can manage team memberships for the full region.
DC / FTS Registration Requests
Registration workflow: the user selects DC or FTS while creating the account, then Fields Admin approves or denies the elevated access here.

Scheduling Coordinator Access
Use this manual control when needed. B10U Core is assigned independently to Malaga Cove (Upper), and G10U Core independently to Malaga Cove (Lower). Adult League is a separate multi-site coordinator scope covering both Malaga fields, PVIS, and Ridgecrest. Core coordinators can also recommend new Core team registrations within their assigned division.
Field Closures
Block a whole field or a specific field area for maintenance, school use, weather, or other restrictions.

Ridgecrest: Upper Field (Upper A/B/C) and Lower Field (Lower A/B/C) are separate. You may close either one without affecting the other.

Division Coordinator Registration
Your Coordinator access will remain pending until Fields Admin approves it. Adult League access includes Malaga Cove (Upper), Malaga Cove (Lower), PVIS, and Ridgecrest.
First Touch Soccer (FTS)
Your account will be created as a standard user and a First Touch Admin access request will be sent to Fields Admin for approval.
Request a New Team
A Core team request requires two steps: the Division Coordinator recommends it first, then Fields Admin gives final approval. The team is not created until Fields Admin approves. Extra and Alliance requests go directly to Fields Admin.
Additional Teams
One account can belong to multiple teams, with a different role on each team.
Existing-team access and new-team requests must be approved before team access becomes active. You can also request more teams later from My Team.
Edit Practice
Leave End Time blank for “dark”. First Touch can be designated without changing the normal practice assignment.

Add Field Closure
For recurring closures, choose the weekday(s) that repeat between the start and end dates.
At Ridgecrest you can close Upper Field or Lower Field independently, or choose one individual section.
Leave both times blank to close the field for the entire day.
